UNREAL LARGE JURASSIC STEGOSAURUS DORSAL PLATESpecies: Stegosaurus stenops Species description: Stegosaurus is an armored dinosaur and means "narrow faced roof lizard" about 23 ft long noted for large dorsal plates used for temp regulation and mating, and tail spikes in back for defense. IT was a herbivore, and little known it is the longest living dinosaur over Jurassic and Cretaceous. It was found in late Cretaceous India soil. It is a weird looking dinosaur compared to others. Geological strata: Morrison Formation (Upper Kimmeridgian stages) Geological period: Late Jurassic 172-140 MYA Item location: Big Horn Basin, Shell, Wyoming Item description and rating: 12 ++++ Unbelieveable X-RareX-Large Stegosaurus Dorsal Plate. This is one of few found in the world and only one I've ever seen available and so huge. It is dark black- brown 30" high by 19" wide and complete. IT also is over 2.5 inches thick at bottom. IT is a beauty and so rare and offered only a few places over last 10 years known. The quality is so good and has unreal lines with virtually no or minimal restore. IT is as the animal just died. Don't wait on this one or it will be gone. Top collectors only to apply. I will not reduce price on this one because we wanted US $12,500 on this one since its worth it. You will look for decades to find one this good if one is found so save yourself time and call me. It is as unbelievable find. I appreciate this fossil so much it is at top of anyone's collection. Unbelieveable Complete Packycephalosaurus Large Skull DomeSpecies: Packycephalosaurus wyomingensis Species decription: 15' long giant among bonehead dinosaurs with a thick 10", high-domed skull which denotes head-butting habit between rival males and last member to exist before the extinction event - mostly known from skulls. Geologic strata: Hell Creek Formation Geologic Period: Late Cretaceous 70-66.5 MYA Location: Private ranch at Garfield County, Montana Item Description and rating: Unbelievable Rare Complete Packy Skull Dome 12" around top curve(8" straight line) including areas of nodules at front. This is 4" high and 12 inches around curve wide( 7" straight line). The depth, length, bone quality, and structure are simply amazing. Crack fills occurred with very little restore (est 1% ), and this exhibits bone patterns throughout while being a surface find being in excellent condition.I doubt you will ever have the opportunity to see this full piece and I've seen others that are underground finds go for $13,000-16,000 and $6000 for a baby dome 4" and on ebay. If this sells fine but I really hope it doesn’t because this will be one of my top possessions. It is a thing of beauty and for top collectors who want one of few in existence. These are often misIDed with spinos, however, the beautiful state of preservation and fine detil unmistakeably show a adult large carch claw. This is a top premium claw that you will always admire in your collection. The tip and articulation end is simply amazing. Geologic strata: Hell Creek Formation Geological Period: 70-66.5 MYA Item Location: SE Montana-private land with permission of landowner Item Description: 7 Beautiful Very Rare Large Complete Ankylosaurus Body Armor Scutes that were found underground with different shapes and sizes with two of them 36 square inches. While sizes vary a little- the bone quality and completeness is excellent. All have only crack fills as all were in pieces with the larger smaller ones with less breaks . All fit together perfectly and were not made to fit - they just were outstanding and easy to prep. I have other anklyosaur skutes only fractions of this size which t you can ask about for $125 which is going rate for small ones . These are 5 times bigger or more and only twice the price so get a deal and pick which one you want but give your top 3 choices in case yours are gone. If you buy quickly you get your pick . I sold 3 of these not as nice for $1200 so All are actually worth about the same so here they are for wholesale at $289 . Front and back pics for each are provided .
