One-Of- Kind Large 11.5" Complete Original Wolf Skull (Canis Teilhardi)Species: Canis teilhardi Species description: It was closely related to Grey Wolf and was a canid, however, was mostly wolf and some wild canine in many features but it is not direct ancestor of any species today. It became extinct at the end of late Pliocene about 1.8 million years ago and reached its peak in Late Miocene - Early Pliocene. It was a carnivore with little known except an aggressive meat eater. Fossils are extremely rare. Geological strata: Longdan Geological period: Middle Miocene 10MYA - Late Pliocene 1.3 MYA Item location: Item rating and description: 12 ++++++1 This One-Of-A Kind Asian Miocene Wolf is the rarest item I've ever had. Rarer than any asian sabercat including homotherium. It is so beautiful with excellent bone quality and a complete set of teeth. Its teeth are different than any other animal by far and I will never get another. The government has closed digging in Lougdan so no skulls will come again except for this whole skull. The teeth are unbelievably good. The back of skull is complete and showing and it was professionally prepped by me. IT took a lot of work and it was worth it. IT has bone quality and color that is unsurpassed by any animal I ever got from the area. This is the first good one ever found in last 10 years and fossil are so extreme this is for only an avid discerning collector who wants something neither museums or individuals have. This is even rarer than dire wolf and the last dire wolf skull in America sold for $23,000 at auction recently. While it was fully agape and I could pursue that I thought by providing it this way with everything showing it was not necessary and it displays so well on its lower jaws it would save you lots of money, and any one could purchase it at this price. So IM opening up a one-of-kind mammal to everyone with this low price . I will not get another one and this is a $15,000 discount to a dire wolf, and this is rarer so..... Rare Complete Hoplophoneus Saber-Cat Skeleton w/o HeadSpecies: Hoplophoneus saber-tooth cat skeleton not including skull. Species description: Hoplophoneus was heavier and larger than Dinictis with longer sabers and was a true saber-tooth cat with saber-guards or flanges on it's mandible to protect it's fangs. These animals ambushed their prey, rather than running it down. We know they had a close family relationship due to multiple animals – family members in close proximity. These were successful animals, however, complete skulls almost never occur in fossil records of 30 MYA. Geological strata: White River Formation 30+ MYA Geologic period: Oligocene 30-23 MYA Item location: Badlands of Converse County, Douglas, Wyoming Item description & rating 12+ This unbelievably is a rare complete skeleton of Hoplophoneus about 4 ft long including tail and without head, which is an accurate representation of this animal. It is almost all bones from one animal but a few from another were placed in back femurs and one humerus in front. The neck vertebrae, dorsal vertebrae and caudal vertebrae including processes are complete and glued on an oak stained board for display. Feet and legs are complete with all bones including support bones on upper feet which are rare. Many bones were glued back together. This is one-of-a-kind and can be compared on a few other websites with wholesale prices starting at $6000 but since I prepped it and took many hours of my own time I can offer it so much less. Don't kick yourself for not buying and miss out on this one – what a piece. You will not find this at better price. For the saber-cat enthusiast and top collectors only. Marvelous 7.5" Hoplophoneus Saber-Tooth Cat SkullSpecies: Masterpiece Beautiful Hoplophoneus Saber-Cat Skull Species description: The long-legged Nimravid saber-tooth cat (one of the larger ones) with razor-sharp sabers and the second earliest saber-tooth cat that roamed North America beginning in the Oligocene Period 35 MYA - 23 MYA. These animals had a lot of physical characteristics similar and exact to Smilodon including famous saber-guards and similar sabers while smaller. They stood at over 2 ft tall the size of a large bobcat, and were more of a group predator with a close knit families as evidenced by some hoplos found together in death while overall very rare species hunting an abundant food supply of grazing ungulates including camels and oreodonts . Using their highly developed saber-teeth they would likely sever the blood supply in the neck of their prey in the initial attack. Geological strata: White River Formation Geological period: 35-23.5 MYA Item location: Pennington County, close to Scenic South Dakota Item rating and description: 12++ Exciting New Full 7.5" Hoplophoneus Saber-Cat Skull with 2" Sabers, which makes this the 5th holpo to grace my path this year. The first 4 sold very quickly as will this one. This is the most prized highly desired vertebrate fossil in the world due to the cool sabers and saber guards. It is another great one from a long line, as I buy everyone I can .The bone quality can be seen so well so no beautiful adjutives are needed to describe .This again is a fine example with little restore - back of saggital crest, and partial zygos and I would estimate 85% - 90% at least bone original. One saber totally original and other one about ¾ original (rest repaired). Some incisors real and some restored. The larger incisors are original. All molars on one side original and on the other restored. This cat looked a lot like the Smilodon in many features which is reason for its popularity. It is a light multicolored skull and so attractive in color. Again the best prepper in the world by far did this full agape specimen. This may be my last one for awhile as no one is finding these. The lines are simply amazing on this skull. The time is now for you collectors to step up before gone . This one is 20 years old since found and recently prepped. So many of you tell me your sorry you didn't get it when available because you procrastinate. It's here - first come first serve and it too will be gone to someone who can make a quick decision so you better get now. Price: US $7,595 Shipping: $145 Use the following methods of payment...

Sensational, Amazing, Beyond Words 11" Adult Skull Megantereon Saber Cat with 4 1/4" sabersSpecies: Megantereon inexpectatus Species description: This cat evolved into SMILODON in N. America known from La Brae tar pits in California. It was built like a modern jaguar but heavier, and had the largest sabers per skull and body size than any saber-tooth cat that ever lived including Smilodon. It was larger than average saber-tooth cat that was very successful yet found sparingly in fossil records. It had stock forelimbs, with lower half lion-sized and large neck muscles designed to deliver a powerful bite. It severed the jugular and windpipe with a quick bite. It was a solitary hunter not like machairodus. The elongated upper canines were protected by flanges at the mandible. They weighed up to 300 lbs. The upper incisors and lower were flattened as they appeared to tear off after much tearing as this animal shows. It was one of the most geographically successful saber-cats of all time and only one full skeleton has been excavated in France. Geographical Area: Pliocene-mid Pleistocene 4.5 MYA in America - 500,000 yrs ago in Asia Item location: Item description and rating: 12 Unbelieveablely RARE Megantereon Saber-tooth Cat 11" w/ 4 ¼" Sabers. It is 11 x 9" agape by 5.5" wide. This cat evolved into Smilodon from California Tar pits. It is over 90% original bone and over 95% Teeth including perfect 4" Sabers. The Teeth are Top Notch. It is beautifully prepared by one of countries best preppers and I've looked for this cat for over 5 years. It has compression on one side by tectonic forces but does not detract from appearance or value. The bone is almost all present which also is extremely rare on these saber-cats and a super color and with all teeth original except 3 lower small incisors, which were restored. The lowers were said to by a top collector as the best one ever seen. The back of the lowers are never present but in this cat the entire lowers are original bone and one of better pieces you can find. The value will grow huge in 5 years. The only restore areas on small section of sagital crest and zygos. Pictures do not do this cat justice at all. This piece will be displayed at many events for true appreciation. This is a once-in-a-lifetime piece and the distortion on one side causes slanted teeth but if it is all real that is the important thing. It displays best on its side and the sabers are huge. If you want to talk about it please call 706-235-2694. Available for museums. Words can't describe this skull as it is very fine. It was obtained many years ago and enjoy the pictures. This cat has been in the states unprepped until recently for over 10 years and not obtained directly from China. This is a masterpiece that is a work of nature, and you can't help to wonder why this saber-cat went extinct ½ million years ago in China were it survived last. This is a museum quality piece, and few have these saber-cats so maybe you will talk me in to selling this one. It was bought in USA.
