ONCE-IN-LIFETIME AMAZING HADRSAUR EDMONTOSAURUS  SKIN IMPRESSION 5” x 3”

Species:  Edmontosaurus annectus

Species description: A  Duck-bill dinosaur who roamed the plains from 70-65.5 MYA .

Period: Cretaceous Period 70- 66.5 MYA

Geologic strata: Hell Creek Formation

Location: SE Montana

Item description and rating:1-12  20  A FIRST -SKIN IMPRESSION FROM A EDMONTOSAURUS HADROSAUR 5” x 3” . I have done this for 20 years collect and sell and never have I had a chance to offer Edmonotsaurus skin.  This shows great detail in how skin looked .This is so sensational to be able to own a piece of history and it’s my first in 6 years as I had a raptor impression. Few people anywhere have this, and the story behind this is so fantastic it tells a story.  First an entire Hadrosaur was frozen in time in 2 Huge rocks and all the bone was incapable of being extracted but the real prize was this piece found in rock next to bone. I witnessed this and it was amazing. The rock was so hard nothing else could be saved. This happens a lot as I saw a few triceratops in stone throughout the rock this time. But never skin impressions .What a piece.  You see fossils sometimes get embedded in hard material very fast, and this makes a possibility that rock could have it only if the soft material made an impression 65 Million years ago, then hardened fast which is so rare. But it can happen and here it did. Anyway the pictures will show you just how great. I should not sell this but if you agree to the price I will.  I just can’t even price this as to true value as only 2 or three dinosaurs have ever been found with this and they are whole. This means you can own a piece of history where few can say they own skin.

It’s not a large one but since it was found underground nice color, great shape, and a complete fibula . Originality is very fine. It brought out a beautiful bone, Remember the best are always brown as they are protected by matrix . structure, bone quality, and shape . It was found by a top dinosaur hunter close to Stan the TREX . The shape even on the ends is so amazing, with dramatic lines and shape. This is so awe inspiring as this is the way it was 65 MYA .I’m offering at a super price on this piece and a stand is available from my dad who makes them for $79 so let me know if you want one to display. It is highly natural with little done to it and has shape, much petrified wood plus the hoof that collectors would just love to have.  Bone quality is extremely good on this also.  You won’t see better detail anywhere in a bone, and the quality is what draws you to this. Then to have this petrified Meta-seuoia  wood attached is simply amazing .  Even the ends are really great, and complete.  Even though this is amazing you can get it all for the unreal price of

Beautiful  Colorful  Complete Hoplophoneus Saber-Tooth Cat  7 ¼” Skull with Original Sabers

Species:   Hoplophoneus  primaevus

Species description:
The long –legged Nimravid  saber-tooth cat (one of larger one)with razor –sharp sabers and the second earliest saber-tooth cat  that roamed North America beginning in the Oligocene Period 35 MYA -23 MYA .  These animals had a lot of physical characteristics  similar and exact
to  Smilodon including famous saber-guards and similar sabers while smaller . They stood at over 2 ft tall the size of a large bobcat, and were more of a group predator with a close knit families as  evidenced by  some  hoplos found together in death while overall very rare species hunting
an abundant food supply of grazing ungulates including camels  and oreodonts. Using their highly  developed saber-teeth they would likely sever the blood supply in the neck of their prey in the initial attack.

Geological strata:  White River  Formation

Geological Timeframe: 30-23 MYA

Item location :  Shannon County, SD

Item rating and description: 12+++   Gorgeous   85% original  plus  Hoplophoneus  Saber-Cat  Skull  7 1/4” long with 2” Sabers. This cat can be described as a top premium saber cat skull with both original sabers , and all original premolars and molars and entire bottom jaw including  all 6 front  incisors . The only ones restored are the top 4 smaller incisors. It is one of my best as this hoplo has the entire back including the saggital crest original bone . The normal parts of the zygos, part of back of lowers , and few other spots have had some work to restore  . Color, detail, and completeness is above reproach. The tan, beige colors , with darker lines   is rare for this animal that is so old and looks  a lot like a smilodon  with cool saber guards ,and awesome fierce  look just a smaller  skull than the  Smilodon  . The upper skull has the original sagittal crest with entire back with condyles present which is the first one I can remember this original at that location of the skull  . As I said the teeth are  almost all original with little  repair and no restore except the small upper incisors. This cat  is the most highly desired vertebrate fossil in the world . .   This is one I won’t mind keeping, but it can be yours. An animal this good should go for $10,000, as I’ve seen many sell for thru the years .I will not discount a pure beauty in nature. You rarely find them this big but here it is. I have more pics if you need it. These grow every year in value. I used to sell these for $8000 but they appreciate so much and always will. I have 3 dinicitis saber cats  coming but this is the only hoplo so better be fast .I will guarantee this will be sold fast and will be worth 12,000 in a few years .

AMAZING PERFECT BEYOND PAST FINDS –Oligocene AMERICAN CAMEL SKULL W /Most of  SKELETON

Species:   Poebrotherium  wilsoni camel

Species description:   Camels were small without humps that resembled an alpaca
They were short-legged, herbivores that  lived from grazing
This animal is very rare compared to other Oligocene animals . They lived in the American West
35-23MYA. They were food for saber-tooth cats and hyaenodons for millions of years, much longer than cows have existed. Many are found with their noses off.

Geological strata:  White River Badlands

Geological Timeframe:  Oligocene Period 34-23 MYA

Item location: Badlands of Western South Dakota, Pennington County

Item rating and description:1-12 14 GORGEOUS  Oligocene USA  Camel 8.75-Long Skull in Matrix(19”x 10”)  with magnificent original  Teeth plus Most of Skeleton . The beauty, detail, and bone quality of this animal is the best I have ever seen. This is a huge camel –in fact the biggest I have seen even though these guys started out small . The animal has no restoration, just a few crack fills. Yet Americas had camels until just a few thousand years ago  I have another under 10% restore but this is perfect. Bone quality alone is so awesome I can’t describe it in less than vivid terms like stupendous , dynamic ,amazing 100% bone Original on bones . The color is bone beautiful on all sides. It displays well. This is a great opportunity to own a real favorite and this animal especially a complete
skull is found very rarely of the OLIGOCENE. Skeletons are even more rare  as these animals were favorites among saber-tooth cats but this one was a large adult  who out ran many saber-tooths over years of its life .  WE know cats were not common but present in reasonable  high numbers , but this prey probably numbered less than  saber-tooths  as the oreodont was the common animal at the time. Oreodonts were also favorite food of the cats so these camels were a delicacy food. This will not last long so don’t  procrastinate or it will not be left.  You will never see a nicer camel anywhere, and I have two now and said the same for the
last one but this is better . These animals were killed   by breaking off the noses from carnivores such as saber cats and  hyaenodons  and were favorite food of these animals . Whole skulls go for $1200 -2000, and I’ve seen  only one whole skeleton which went for $10,000. This was prepped so well  but mostly removal of matrix . It will go so fast at this quality. This is one of rarest animals on the Oligocene Plains –especially  in this condition .The skull as well as all bones are displayed so well including pelvic region, all legs , many  vertebrae of all kinds and 1 foot .

Species description: Large 11 ton herbivore with frill around 6.5 ft head and 1 nose horn with 2 Brow Horns off frill.

Period: Cretaceous Period 70-66.5 MYA

Geologic strata: Hell Creek formation

Location: Powder River, SE MONTANA

Item description & rating: 12+++++ Unbelievable  Large 38" Triceratops Lower Jaw  in fine condition with all the supporting  structures. No teeth are included from this animal but I will add some nice teeth for you. It was found by a ranchers hand this year, and is a amazing piece in structure and fully prepped. Crack fills with little restore (less than 3%) and this is very long so a large very old animal. Many people do believe these animals lived over 100 years old The detail including contours and ridges make this complete piece a nice piece with excellent bone quality. It was an underground find thus the nice brown color. All of you know I love Trike items and here is another. This is a good year for Trike bones except horns with few found this year. These large jaws are so rare I sold a small one for $800 this year. If this piece had teeth due to size and quality it would be worth over $3000 so I'm asking under ½ that at $1,279 including at least 3 nice teeth. I can sell a display also for $65 for this piece.

UNPREPPED TRIKE SKULL with MANY BONES, TEETH, & SKELETAL PARTS

Species: Triceratops horridus

Species description: Large 11 ton herbivore with frill around 6.5 ft head and 1 nose horn with 2 Brow Horns off frill.

Period: Cretaceous Period 70-66.5 MYA

Geologic strata: Hell Creek Formation

Location: NW, S Dakota

Item description & rating: 1-12- 12 This is a Unprepped Triceratops Skull with Many Complete Skeletal Bones and Partials. This is the way to get a Triceratops skull because it is much cheaper and you know what you have. With all the other bones this is a dynamite price to get a Partial animal with a 70% Natural skull with all the important parts . The bone quality is very, very good. Both Brow horns are complete as is the nose horn - although the nose horn is worn. It has two large frill sections also and many smaller to complete the frill fairly close. It also has a large part of nasal area with entire brain case and occipital. There are even 12 Triceratops rooted teeth which are valued at $3500 alone. It also has 7 therapod teeth with package mostly nano and good. Bones are so numerous it includes 1 tibia, fibula, many ribs and rib sections, partial femur and 2 caudal verts one with process. I will prep all bones, and major pieces like all horns but it will need mounted and further prep work . I know the people who can do it for you. The entire package prepped in my estimation would be worth $70,000-$80,000 due to all the bones, teeth, and skull. It mainly needs restored jaws with many teeth but you have some. I would charge for my prep work on larger items to put together and complete by the hour ($25 per hour) and my part I would estimate to be about $4500-all bones would be done - not skull but big pieces of skull would be completed by me. The final prep work I can’t be sure but would involve another at least 20,000 for a display included so if you. Do it yourself it is worth $70,000 with all pieces and bones and your cost would be around $45,000 keep in mind the bones are probably worth $10,000 prepped at least alone. No matter how you add it up it comes out really cheap for a quality piece.
