Super Rare Full TREX Neck VertebraeSpecies: Tyrannosaurus rex Species description: One of largest carnivore during the dinosaurs age with 12" corner teeth with roots and up to 49 ft long and 15 ft high that lived in western USA - largest in the United States that ever lived and killed and scavenged prey. Period: Late Cretaceous Period 70-66.5 MYA Geographic strata found: Hell Creek Formation Geologic location: Buffalo, S. Dakota Description and rating: 12 +++ Super Rare FULL TREX NECK VERTEBRAE w/Process & Canal with unbelievable detail. Ask yourself have you ever seen a large neck vertebrae let alone a TREX. This is definitely a TREX-look at size 17" high and 13" wide at widest point with 8 inch main vertebrae. I have a picture of another TREX to show a series of verts. This ultra rare find was is so massive and the rarest of rare neck vertebrae. It is a beautiful dark brown as an underground find with even the point process at the top. It was very fragile and broken when I received it but with tender loving care and some penetrant sealer it is now very sturdy and a beautiful piece. This is the first one I have ever seen outside a museum. No restore just crack fill and basically complete with just a very small section of right side process not present. Trex frantics will fight over this one and since I collect many TRex items myself including complete Tibia, Fibula, and Metatarsal as well as many others I would not mind at all keeping this one. I can pack it well to ensure it won't break The shiny color is a generous sealer to protect so it is fine. The processes are not glued on the one vert due to shipping but glue can be provided. |

Palentologist ID'ed as Velociraptor Egg Clutch 15 Years agoSpecies: Velociraptor Species description: 3.55 ft long Asian raptor very mean and a carnivore but not as large as the Jurrassic Park raptor. With a huge curved claw on both feet it could kill animals twice its size. It hunted in packs though and could bring down ver large animals, it was swift and dangerous and no other predator was fiercer. The name means speedy predator or fast stealer and grew up to 6 ft long. Its teeth were saw-edged and could cut through anything. Geologic strata: Yixion Providence Geologic Period: Late Cretaceous Period 70-66 MYA Item location: Lianoning Providence, China Item Description & rating: 12 + Rare Veliciraptor Eggs? or Unknown egg clutch. This was purchased here in the states 20 years ago and identified by a noted California paleontologist Simon Hmani as Veliciraptor. I had to have it then of course but have some doubts as veliciraptor due to size of 7" for a 3.5 ft tall dinosaur. It looks somewhat like a oviraptor egg but there are differences especially in width. It was prepped by myself and found that the two main eggs have been hatched with shell present all around the sides and bottom but top after prepping has egg shell down in the matrix so it hatched. Shell mostly there but not all seen . And is a remarkable specimen. New York museum has one and it does look like veliciraptor but I won't say for sure. Any way you have a very rare egg cluster with 2 other partials besides the whole ones. |

Largest Ever Tarbosaurus (Asian TREX) EGGSpecies: Tarbosaurus bataar Species description: This animal was the largest Therapod that resembled Trex in Asia and in fact was called the Asian Trex but this is way rarer material. It had large teeth and claws and ate any thing it desired. It was 46 ft long. It actually had a longer skull than TREX and almost same size. Eggs are laid in spiral pattern nest. Geological strata: Kanoguo, XiXia Basin Geological Period: Late Cretaceous 70 MYA Item location: Henan Providence, China Item Description and rating: 12+ Unbelievable Perfect Rarest of Rare Largest Tarbosaurus (AsianTREX) Egg 16" long x. over 7" wide. You can’t get a TREX egg so why not get the next best thing –The largest Asian TREX egg ever found. Most large eggs are 12-14 inches long and due to a skeleton found in one egg many have been classified as Gigantoraptor eggs since they are very similar in appearance. This is the largest dinosaur egg known and measurements of 16 inches also makes it a Tarbo for sure. Up until a few years ago all these eggs were thought as Tarbo but due to location this one found and size. All gigantoraptors are found in Mongolia so far so buy a real TREX egg This is very valuable and can't be replaced. All of the eggs 4 seen in Tucson were gigantosaurus but this was biggest and according to Tarbo information this may be largest ever found. The egg has been professionally cleaned and is in such good condition due to the Tarbo coming out of one end and did not destroy any of egg shell and it hardened without going in or crushing so it is subperb. The 12-14 inch eggs all sold for more than $5500 wholesale very quickly but nobody but myself saw this one because a dealer held it for me so you get a wholesale price of the most sought after piece without worrying about getting it here from China. This is simply a marvelous piece and you will be the envy of all who see it. I may not be able to get more so buy now. Eggs 2-3 inches shorter sold for this in Tucson this year so get the best priced one you will ever find. |
