Beautiful Ultra Rare Adult Homotherium Saber-Tooth Cat Lower Jaw Section w 2 Incisors-1 Canine

Species : HOMOTHERIUM

Species description : This cat evolved from Machairodus and appeared at Miocene –Pliocene border about 5 MYA and lived in Africa as well as Euroasia and died out lastly in Asia and North America about 10,000 years ago so it was highly successful. It was a scimitar cat built like a modern lion that had about a 13” skull but much longer teeth called sabers. It was larger than average saber-tooth cat that was very successful yet hardly ever found in fossil records. Complete skeletons have only been found in Texas and of this animal complete skeletons in Asia have never been found and only a few skulls .The sabers per head size are smaller than other the big cats. It preyed on wooly mammoths as found out in Texas. IT looks like a megantereon however much shorter sabers and less sized lower saber guard and sabers reached to end of lower jaw as this one does. It reached 1.1 meters at shoulder . As said compared to megantereon, smilodon, and machairodotus its sabers were relatively short but still they are nice sized sabers. It provided a great puncturing and gripping force . The skull was longer than smilodon. This jaw had down-turned forward flanges to protect the scimitars . It large canine teeth were crenulated and designed for slashing rather than purely stabbing . Some of the physical appearances were unusual for a big cat as it had limbs that gave the homotherium a hyena like appearance. The forelegs were elongated while hind legs were rather squat with feet planti-grade causing back to slope down towards a short tail. It had a large nasal square nasal opening like a cheetah which allowed quicker oxygen intake with brain visual cortex large and allowed it to hunt during the day instead of night like many cats. It lived 5 million years longer than megatereon. It hunted in packs and not only killed mammoths but also rhinoceros juveniles.

Geographical Area: Possible Early Pleistocene

Location: Origin France Item description & rating: 1-10 10 X- Ultra RARE Beautiful Adult Homotherium Scimitar Saber-Tooth Cat Canine Incisor 1.25” Long Plus another reg incisor . It is 100 %original bone and 100 % Teeth original with one smaller incisor plus a large1.25” Canine larger incisor with partial front of jaw.(Per a noted authority ). Both incisors look great with also a root of another in jaw . I have wanted a whole one for years and the opportunity was afforded from a friend who is also the top expert on these creatures , and this will be admired by me & ones who read this. Only a small number found in Texas cave and 2 in Florida and a handful in China and Europe. The great thing about this species it is a form of crenatidens but a different unclassified species that needs researched even more so we can safely say only a few of this exist . AS someone who knows a little on cats said the species is close to be Xenosmulus but different so no species has been classified as of this date so hopefully a book could come from this at later date. Anyway so rare it is not a labeled known species as of yet so under crenatidans for now . This just doesn’t come along so for true collectors of sabercats this section is a must . The canine saber has wear on tip probably natural but unknown . You’ll love this one as I do if you know cats. These from these cats just aren’t available

Amazing Rare Sabertooth Metailurus Cat Skull w Alot of Skeleton 100% Original

Geographical Area: 11 MYA-2 Million

Item location: Eastern France

Item description & rating: 1-10 10 Unbelieveable rare Metailurus saber-tooth cat skull with skeleton 100% original. The skull is 5.5 Inches long with matrix 10” x 8” with tons of bones . This cat is so rare few have this saber cat and to get one 100% n restore with much of the skeleton is amazing at a great price at a rare location. This was purchased 25 years ago at least in USA from a French dealer. These cats were in a wide area all over the world but little is found especially a skull with a skeleton. This matrix has bones all over inside as you can tell from the ends of the matrix. One tooth has been repaired but all natural. The bone is super light color and matrix has penetrant sealant on it to make sure matrix is sturdy. Values have grown a lot. These just don’t come around .Its time someone else had it. I’m charging under what a skull would cost, however, none exist now so it’s one of a kind.

Geographical Area: 5 MYA -30,000 latest Probably this was less than 1 million

Location: Origin :Sangarin Dome, JAVA

Item description & rating: 1-10 10 Ultra RARE Beautiful Adult Female Homotherium Scimitar Saber-Tooth Cat Lower Left Jaw 7.5” with 4 inch lower canine with root(which you can see the entire large tooth) plus all other teeth. The teeth are complete and of great quality. This jaw is so amazing I debated whether to sell it. It is highly original with all teeth including lower large canine with root with only restore in the very far back of jaw. No one on earth has this as to all knowledge this is only one found in Java. The opportunity was afforded from a friend which had the chance to buy such a valuable piece. This piece is way rarer than American Lion jaws and again one –of-a kind. Most homotheriums were about 13-14” long so this is an adult saber cat. This has shorter and wider sabers than a meg, which extend only down to end of jaw as the megatereon goes well past the saber guard in size. This is one of most complete jaw sections found in the entire world. A few teeth have been found in Florida and some France and in Asia but that is it for this cat. The great thing about this species it is a form of crenatidens but a different species that needs researched even more so we can safely say only a few of this exist. AS someone who knows a little on cats said the species is close to be Xenosmulus but different. My friend has written a book on homotheriums so very little is known except this book. You’ll love this one as I do if you know cats. What a find .You will not find a rare jet quality jaw anywhere in the world .

No Where Else on Earth-Almost Totally Original Beautiful American Lion Skeleton ( Skull -Alaska)

Species : Panthera ATROX Lion

Species Description : The American lion evolved from the earlier Panthera leo fossilis, which I have from Europe, and this skull is believed to be the best specimen ever found an American Lion.. It was believed to be 250,000 years ago when it first came to Alaska over Bering Strait with earlier lions as old as 500,000 years old even though only bits and pieces up to 350,000 years have been found. Also DNA shows this to be identical to Cave Lion so they are identical species in my opinion. This is the largest Lion that ever lived much larger than African Lions with skulls up to 16-18 inches over 15% larger. It is roamed in Alaska, California at La Brea and Florida with traces in S Carolina. It is the largest carnivore ever except Short-face Bear which I also have a skull. The cave lion is the exact species actually

Geographic Period : Late Pleistocene Epoch 60,000- 30,000

Geographic time: 60,000-30,000 years ago

Item Location : Gold Mine(Cave) Close to Fairbanks, Alaska, Florida –verts and ribs

Item rating and description : 1-10 *11 Words really don’t match how great, wonderful, awe inspiring, magnificent this American Lion Skeleton is . It’s 9 ft 9 inches long and if tale wasn’t up it would be over 11.5 ft long. Its amazing 56 ” high also with 28” at widest . It is 99% Original bone from no more than 4 American Lion individuals . Keep in mind no more than maybe 10 exist in the world and this is one of best except La Brea tarpits . I called them. They have 5 but not one is from one animal but many put together from bones . Mine all the verts and ribs are one animal. The 17” skull is from one, and the inner major bones are all from same lion also. Anyway the feet are from another one. So this is by far one of best American Lions in the world by far. The skull is 99 % original bone and according to many many top people in the field It’s maybe the best anywhere. The American Lion to be is the absolute height of the fossil world as I’d rather have that as it’s rarer than Smilodon material and I love saber-tooth cats. No one has this, not even the American natural History Museum as they have a skull only. I feel like the luckiest person in the world as I’ll enjoy for years. Skulls are unheard of and bones also. My best friend a cat expert who does books, has all the sabercats, but not one American Lion. The American lion skeleton is the most prized fossil in the world . Even the claws are huge modern lion as no American lion exists and this took a long time to get huge claws . The sheaths are all original sheaths from American lions some repaired with other lion sheaths to make them whole A few sheaths are have modern lion parts but mostly America Lion .It took me 10 years to gather 3-4 animals to do this . I say this is one of best anywhere ever done . I will be enjoying this for years. This one appears to be at least 60,000 years old . NO museum, no private collector known has a better complete skull as this is almost perfect . The teeth canines are all original teeth . A few were repaired. I searched the entire country for years to get the right skeleton with many wasted bones that didn’t work The measurements of all the bones matches a 17 “ female skull. The teeth were repaired and just 2 from other same size American Lion but all teeth are present. I don’t want to even find fault with this skull and skeleton because there is so little not original . It should be looked at whole as its so good. Any you find it would be lucky to find a 50% skeleton with rest fake bone. This is 98% at least . Basically only the shoulder blades has any amount of restore at all as it was done by the nation’s best prepper, my dear friend who is the smartest man in the world who knows everything on skulls of cats. Even a perfectionist can’t find fault with this . You would have to be an unhappy person to even try to find something wrong here. I only see beauty and you will too I’m sure. To be it’s the best ever found. Unfortunately, I don’t have it at my home for some time is the only negative but hope to few it in a few years . The originality is spectacular as you will never find more lion bone on any skeleton anywhere. I can’t believe it . Its too amazing I can’t describe the emotional feeling of ownership of this cat. It doesn’t get any better. IM so lucky. What preservation this cat shows. Darker color indicates age or location found so this is amazing as this is darker than normal It will be in my collection for a long time even though I have many people would pay a fortune for this. Money is not important on an animal like this to be viewed over and over. You can’t even put a price on this as it’s priceless, but everything is for sale sometime maybe if a huge amount is offered in later years Ill relent. But that is years away. I tried to put words on this but this is undescribeable so look at pics. Simply Awesome. The pics are amazing. Its mine forever to look at. NO trying to buy it please You cant assign a value . Nothing was spared including huge costs to me to make this all Lion . In fact it costs me 15,000 for claws and American Lion Sheaths alone -extremely rare due to huge size of claws just like an American lion-some partial American lion claws were inside sheaths so those were kept intact also . It’s being stored at a warehouse in Maryland There are again only a few in the World outside of LaBrea Tarpits and they are also from a variety of American Lions

FULL EUROPEAN EARLY UPPER LION SKULL w Injury Up to 500,000 Years Old from YUGOSLAVIA

Species : Panthera leo fossilis Early Lion Species- possible early Panthera leo spelea -

Species Description : 1-10 *10* The cave lion evolved from the earlier Panthera leo fossilis which is believed to be the best specimen ever found of an earlier species. It was believed to be 500,000 years ago and maybe this animal was most complete of the earlier one ever found. The first species was actually larger even though you would think it was smaller according to the internet as this is 15-17 inches and later ones were slightly smaller or same at 15-17. Also DNA shows this to be identical to American Lion which just came here from Europe at 300,000 years ago but none are found that OLD. This is the largest Lion that ever lived much larger than African Lions with skulls up to 16-17 inches long. It roamed in Romania, Russia Siberia, Austria and a few specimens in Poland .None until now have ever been found in Yugoslavia now renamed. It was massive with a large sturdy body with a shoulder height greater than 5 ft high and a body length of more than 9 feet, even this was smaller as an earlier species. This species was enhanced by glaciation thru various ice ages. If females were smaller this cat may have been a female but old

Geographic Period : Middle Pleistocene Epoch

Geographic time: 400,000 -200,000 years ago

Item Location : Karst, Yugoslavia close to Austria Border Cave Found 35 Years ago

Item rating and description : 1-10 *10* WOW Unbelieveable Entire Upper One-of-A-Kind Earliest Known European Lion Upper Skull 15.25” Long. This is so special not only because it may the be oldest full upper of the earliest lion ever , but it also has huge teeth bite injuries in the head with both showing a healing so the animal survived an attack probably from one of its on species or a large saber cat years earlier . This lion was a survivor . Now an adult from this timeframe was supposed to be bigger. These lions are 10% bigger than the modern lion of Africa This animal has all teeth and they were worn but the skull is so good it has zygos, condyles, and everything. This is so amazing as only fragments of an early lion up to 450,000 years old have ever been found. Not only is this upper complete but due to dark brown color, and found in a cave in past Yugoslavia, it’s known to be at least 250,000 years old and possibly much older. No one in the universe has this as it’s the best and most complete of this species leo fossilis ever found. Also no known lion has ever been found in Yugoslavia, even though it was close to Austria. Back in the 70s you could find and hunt in caves everywhere but nothing was found this good. It was within 200 kilometer area of Austria. This was from a private collection found 35 years ago. You will never see a better lion skull and rarer than this. Now days if you find a cave lion more than 30,000 years old in pieces you are lucky. Of course the American lion and the cave lion are one in the same just some genius wanted to put another species classification as soon as it crossed into Alaska 300,000 years ago from the Bering Strait . Again I can’t emphasize enough about this being older than any other lion ever found this complete even though partials are found, but usually pieces. What preservation. I also have a whole American Lion with skeleton from Alaska that is about 60,000 years old from the lighter color but still darker than normal European lions, but not this one. Darker color indicates age or location found so this is amazing and there is no difference than an American Lion. No restore, not even touched or doctored or repaired in any way as though it died yesterday but may be the most complete older lion ever found especially in this condition. I’m really speechless on this animal, and will be in my collection forever. You can’t even put a price on this as its priceless, but everything is for sale maybe if 100,000 is offered at later date like years down the road. I tried to put words on this but this is undescribeable so look at pics. Simply Awesome. Going to auction soon for a lot more as people want to pay way more for some reason K

Price $43,000 This is the oldest Lion ever found so one of a kind Hold Keith until end of year If contract broken can be available

One Of Kind -  Super Rare Eusmilus US Saber-tooth Cat with Saber

Species: Eusmilus olsontau

Species description: The Nimravid saber-tooth cat (one of smaller ones)with razor –sharp sabers and after Dinictis and Hoplophoneus on geological chart which is believed to evolve from one line of hoplophoneus saber cat that roamed North America beginning in the Oligocene Period for only a few million years from 30-27.7 MYA . These animals had a lot of physical characteristics similar to Hoplophoneus Sicarius except for size , as Eusmilus was the genus for that animal until a short time ago . All these are small saber cats only 5-6 inches long with large sabers and flanges for the size which makes it look like a barbourfelis and a hoplo except for much smaller size .It had only 26 teeth compared to 44 for most saber cats and it was lacking molar 1 talonoid and premolar 2 on the bottom jaw . It was bobcat sized with lynx sized head and was built like Barbourfelis for size (Of course Barbourfelis is much larger ). Long bodied and short legged compared to others, and they ate grazing ungulates including camels and oreodonts. They could open their jaws at a 90% angle . Most of the info on internet is incorrect as below is correct . It did not live 8 million years, just over 2 and did not have a large species in America (only this small one)at least and one in Europe was bigger .

Geological strata: Upper Whitneyan and Early Arikareean Age

Geological Time frame: 30-27.7 MYA

Item location: Pennington County , SD

Item rating and description:1-10 10 Gorgeous Small Ultra Rare Eusmilus Saber-tooth Cat 5.5” . This cat is so special I still can’t hardly believe I have one. Only a few in the entire world exist with a few museums in USA and Europe , and only 2 private collections exist as known and I’m one of them . Due to a friend I was able to obtain a dream and this is one of few which actually have a saber anywhere . It has one complete side with some bone missing on top but a beautiful back , and the other side is there –just need to prep it . It has excellent bone quality, and is one of the true Eusmilus Cats . I’ve been reading about this cat for years, and by the way now that Hoplophoneus Sicarius has been reclassified no large ones exist as the web says in America . Too many awesome words can’t fully describe this cat. This may be the only one with this much of one saber These are found in rock nodules This is beyond words Its been in my collection for years This is only for cat collectors that will never have another chance to buy . The owner is so lucky Ive been so proud for years but its time for someone else This is 100% original and the one saber is only one of this species that may exist . My friend had 3 as he is top cat specialist in the world , and only person who has one known in USA besides this one . He has no sabers , and I have this one
