This is the main piece that is famous -written by palentologists and research experts in 2009 . It is huge at 26” long by 10 inches high . IT is one of a kind . It has a raptor jaw and mammal skull with thousands of bone chunks . The partial lower jaw and has a 2 cusped-like molar tooth on anterior border(Pics enclosed) .This is one of a kind piece that only occurred under ribs of one dinosaur in ne location . On skull it has a palate, incisive foramen, 2 auditory  bullae, many teeth you can see . I also have a closeup picture taken with paper . I had 5 other pieces that all sold as I was there 10 years ago. This is the biggest most famous and had had electronic microscope pictures of this and many others. IT comes with a book of 21 pages with writeups and proof of what it is .This is so valuable as one paper on this specimen from one animal is only 1 been found to date . IT comes with the paper describing this amazing part of TREX . So many questions enter your mind on this but it comes from the rancher in the paper who has many jaws in his piece. It was covered quickly so bacteria could not work on it and it died just after a meal of course so thousands of things had to go right to obtain this massive great find. Research also shows the TREX died by drowning and it ate a small mammal just before death. The rancher is a friend and sold only to me these pieces. I also gave a small piece to a dear hunter friend. This is the second largest piece found as I sold one many years ago before conclusive paper was done so that piece is worth lots more now. It was a surface find so layering was so great even with on the surface. The details this is so great. The piece is absolutely outstanding and a must for a collector who wants everything found of a TREX .It is heavy and some bone material are seen throughout in all different directions. escription : Large  Tyrannosaur Therapod before TREXs that lived only about1.5 Million years ago in Montana and Canada. It was a bipedal predator that was huge weighing up to 2 metric tons and close to Albertosaurus only differing by differences in teeth and skull. It was at top of food chain just as TREX was during its time. It lived in a lush floodplain.  It was 30 ft. long and fierce. It was about as large as Albertosaurus.

Item rating and description: 1-10 * 10*Fantastic  Especially Rare Large 2 5/8” Maxilla Tooth from a Large Carnivore like Rex -Gorgosaurus , which is highly collectable . First its rare - Next as you can see it has not even 1% repair or resto  One picture shows few  mm maybe . These are found so sparingly in a Formation that is harder to find fossils. It never was broken in 75 Million years also. This is an amazing find at this quality/ Just look at the patina  and serrations are amazing and complete . It holds it’s own on value not like many earlier tyrannosaur. It was ided by a top paleontologist, however I knew it also well as Ive had a few through 20 years . They are a little thinner than rex teeth with finer serrations. This tooth is almost perfect. It’s color is so beautiful as dark brown and the serrations on both sides are outstanding with almost all seen.   Once more it’s perfect and large for a maxilla.  First the enamel is perfect only a couple spot fills.  When I saw the quality of this tooth I had to have it. It has great serrations and enamel.  It is a beauty and you never will find a better tooth, and one this size is unheard of, and this is only my third Gorgosaurus tooth ever, and beautiful in all ways. This is for top collectors who can’t find one anywhere. It’s close to a perfect tooth. So anyone who wants a tyrannosaur tooth to fill a collection of Tyrannosaur this is a must if you seek close to perfection. You may never find another one this good.  It is a great nice representation of the largest Tyrannosaur of its time before TREx. I will not get another this good for low price as TREX teeth now are ridiculous . This tooth would go for $7000 for a REX and also at auction for 20,000. It’s a  tooth from10- 5 million years before Rex. These casted TREX items were found in 2008 and just purchased this year . 3 Palentologists were present digging out about 15-20% of a TREX. I have some of bones listed here at the site prepped, and all were top premium bones as you can see. I spoke to one of people that dug this TREX up and he described what I am in this paragraph. The femur casted is 60 x 18 and very wide also and top quality and 7/8 of femur. The last full femur prepped sold for $30,000. The tibia is 41” x 11 “ is top premium also thick . The pelvic partials are pieces and maybe part of an ilium and pubis most likely but not remembered. Only from a few pieces I can see plus shape of other cast indicate this . I just got these this year so selling at my cost as IM unable to prep them with no warehouse. Another person ordered them but he ran into huge financial problems so his loss is your gain .TREX Tibias and Femurs are the two largest bones of a REX . IT has to be shipped on a pallet that is an amazing 68 x 54 “ in a huge crate. I estimate at 1600 lbs so quite heavy but a pallet lift can handle it. Its for someone who wants to prep or have a prepper do it . Keep in mind few TREX bones unprepped are rarely for sale because you can make so much money on this so it’s a chance of a lifetime . Now the Size . There is 5 Plus inches of actual tooth and a little over a 1” root. This is unheard of . Most large teeth 4” of Tooth rest root. The ridge shown is on one side is not real noticeable. IN order to make is go away the tooth would have had to be taken apart in this area and fitted . Since this is all natural I didn’t have heart to do that and adds credibility. A friend just sold a tooth with some restore for $57,000 , and at auction this tooth is appraised at $55-60,000 so this is a buy . When have you ever seen an all natural tooth. I can’t say enough about quality, color, size and originality with overall appearance . I can say this -You would never get a tooth this size for this price. IT was found last year. WE know serrations are naturally worn since small points do exist in most areas. Almost all big teeth have this on serrations especially one this old .Very few teeth exist with this much tooth plus some root but this point tooth is totally complete. I haven’t had an all original one ever. I just can’t believe I have this as this is not only large but an excellent tooth. Words can’t describe how nice and large this tooth is.
