Perfect 100% Original Entire Right Side 10”  Beringian Lion Lower Jaw w All Teeth & Canine

Species : Panthera leo vereshagini(extremely rare) few skulls know Beringian Lion or East Siberian Species Description: This species evolved from spleaea Panthera but it is extremely rare as no skeletons exist of this except now last summer 2 lions were discovered with hair and intact organs and entire skeleton . They actually have parts found in Alaska and western Canada, and that’s it. Various studies report varying sizes as some report it’s bigger than Spelaea and smaller than American lion, however most report smaller lions at 1.8 meters long with tails of 37 inches and height of 44 inches with weight of over 550 lbs which still is large . Mine is smaller than atrox by a lot, but while some skull differences of European Cave lion and American lion , the American Lion can be traced to this species. Actually DNA on Cave Lions is exact on all so all could be one species just found in different parts of the world . These migrated across the land bridge to USA in Alaska and Canada so it’s the only Lion to do so thus divergence into American Lion . In fact in early studies vereshagini is mentioned as American Lion Atrox . Skeletal remains are space with no full skulls found and only 2 baby lions in Russia known . These were found with hair, skin , organs due to all in permafrost . This is the rarest lion anywhere as I have a collection of rare older lions also . Geographic Period : Pleistocene Epoch 320,000 -12,000 years ago (Mine est at 30,000 ) Geographic time: 320,000 years ago -12,000 years ago Item Location : Yakutia-Eastern Siberia – Found in Clay profile of the Indigirka River Downstream(South) well into Siberia Item rating and description: 1-10 *10 plus * WOW For someone who can’t afford a whole skull -here is a chance to get an entire right side lower jaw of a lion from Russia . All teeth are original and nothing done to teeth including canine. It might appear to untrained eye the canine is not complete but the natural wear shows this was a lion that was old and damaged its canine in hitting bones while eating . It tells a story . The canine is all there and original , just a vicious lion eating sloppily its prey .The age has to be very very old for this animal Few of these are available anymore as American Lion jaws you can’t get anymore even though I have 2 of them . If you google it -it says no skeletons found just a few skulls but you have the chance to get a genuine lower jaw that is perfect. No resto no crack fills no nothing just a jaw for you skull. I have 2 skulls both worth over 20,000 . It has premolars molars and and even 1 incisors. The color indicates at least 30,000 years old . It was found in the river at a location that no others are known to be found at all. It’s so close to American Lion this needs studied or in a collection that will be honored forever as a one-of-a-kind piece . Remember this is close to Alaska and American Lion came from this lion across the Bering Straight . It is just a as big and looks identical to my American Lion Jaws . It is even rarer than the American Lion which I thought was impossible even though all are grouped together by many scientists . It never was broken. This is my only 1 now. X Nice Large Colorful Hyaenodon horridus 13.5” Skull 9” Agape Open Mouth Skull

AUCTION ITEM Species: Hyaenodon horridus Species description: This was the largest species of Hyaenodon in North America with massive high saggital crest in back of head, long narrow snout, short neck and long body and tail. It was the top single carnivore although a number of Terrible Pigs could drive one off. This was the largest carnivore for over 20 Million years called a Creodont and it hunted alone not in packs like its smaller 3 related species . These creodonts shared a specialized dentition commonly found in meat eating mammals with shearing structures called carnassal-teeth. This one species was the size of a bear and had 1000 lbs of pressure per bite , and was more dangerous and a lot bigger than any saber-tooth cat of its time a loner).Male specimens show grinding marks on their teeth which means tooth-grinding was used as intimidation with animals. The last creodont went extinct in America about 23 MYA but lasted to the Miocene in Asia . This is the rarest fossil of the 4 species of Creodont by far. Geological strata: White River Formation Geological period: Oligocene Period 35- Early Miocene23 MYA Item location: Shannon County ,Badlands of Western S. Dakota Item description and rating1-10 *9* Pretty Colorful Highly Original Rare Largest 30 MYA COMPLETE Hyaenodon horridus Skull with Teeth Morphology. This skull is fine with great teeth with all original except a few does have repairs . The canines plus all the teeth are original. It was found whole with exception of zygos so no full breaks, and it is simply an amazing quality piece in all regards including bone quality, beautiful color , and an adult . It’s such great bone quality it was a specimen that was very healthy so it met a quick death somehow possibly by a number of terrible pigs which were bigger, however, no bite marks on the head are evident. These got as large as 15” and are extremely desirable as few are found. Some restoration on skull occurred but expertly prepped so it looks great. Back of skull, zygos and few others like back of lowers are rstored. Quality is still x fine. Since I can’t put in words how lovely this animal is even with retore it’s so nice. IM sending pictures of this specimen and some lucky guy will get a price at great cost .It’s for an investment as this piece will grow lots in value . The unusual color alone makes this a huge buy. Dynamite bones on both with at least 75-80 % of skeleton present due to almost all full legs showing, 2 feet with hooves on all of one and few on the other with one foot and leg bones being so beautifully prepped and laid down after death. Legs of Dire Wolf was shorter and sturdier than those of gray wolf and the brain case was smaller to than the gray wolf .This was the largest wolf ever and ate anything it wanted as it traveled in packs also to obtain food. I waited on this hoping the lowers would be found and it came true. Now presenting one of only a few in existence for top Perfectionist collectors only “the DIRE WOLF”-One of the most sought after fossils in the world and complete. This skull is really fantastic as the Upper is at least 95% original and one side of lower is entirely original with only a few repairs anywhere .The back of the upper is all there as you can tell by the lines and color of a little lighter brownish tint . The back of one lower is the only item that is restored except for a few spots on upper and one spot of front of one lower . I would describe this as an outstanding specimen , and with this species even 70% is very good as this is one of top specimens ever found . Only one in Florida exits, and it’s in a museum but not this quality. I debated to sell this one or not , but I do have two LaBrea wolves and will keep one for myself . This gives you a great opportunity AS you know only Florida, Alaska , and California LaBrea have these animals, and the University of Florida has only one exhibited . No other species of wolf over 11 inches long ever existed so for you doubters, it’s true . This specimen has the most spectacular teeth you will ever see that are an extremely high % of original teeth . The entire upper are all original teeth including all incisors and the one canine shows it broke off just a small amount in life so it tells a great story . This is an old male wolf with many fights under its belt . It is a spectacular color of dark brown, black and even a tincture of light spotted teeth like the incisors The lower has all real teeth except 5 incisors in the middle. It was found 10 months later close to the upper at same area and it matches as you can tell on size and color . Its mounted on a beautiful display well and I doubt if even 4 exist in the world today of Dire wolves from Florida . This is so special I will not discount as I’d gladly keep it . It does just stir me to see this creature just as much as my bear dog from Florida and Short-face Bear in my personal collection . Even the zygos are original which unheard of in any extinct mammal. The wolf id fully inflated at 6” across also .It was expertly prepped .Remember there is always a color difference in some areas due to matrix it was found . Species description: The long –legged Nimravid saber-tooth cat (one of largerone)with razor –sharp sabers and the second earliest saber-tooth cat that roamed North America beginning in the Oligocene Period 35 MYA -23 MYA . These animals had a lot of physical characteristics similar and exact to Smilodon including famous saber-guards and similar sabers while smaller . They stood at over 2 ft tall the size of a large bobcat, and were more of a group predator with a close knit families as evidenced by some hoplos found together in death while overall very rare species hunting an abundant food supply of grazing ungulates including camels and oreodonts. Using their highly developed saber-teeth they would likely sever the blood supply in the neck of their prey in the initial attack.

Geological strata: LOWER BRULE Timeframe : 40-34MYA

Item location: Shannon County , SD Item rating and description:1-10 10 on Rarity This is the 2nd sabertooth cat ever in the entire world as its a very early Hoplophoneous sabertooth. Sabertooths originalted here in USA and this was second only to Dinictis . Gorgeous 7 ½ ” Rarer Hoplophoneus- Early Cat Skull in Excellent Shape . Some people say this was combined into priveavus species but as a White River expert with others ts divided to another species it’s an amazing find This is actually not primaveus, and is a really rare oreodontis species that has top quality at approx 80% . The teeth are great on premolars but incisors and sabers are casts This is such a rare species I’ve only had one in 20 years before this. For a true collector this is a must skull . It was the early hoplo -the first ever in fact .This is an old cat and primeavus would be bigger . It was found in very early rock which lower Brule is. Repair on  cheeks , backs of both lowers and a few small spots own upper but top quality for such a rare skull . Even with sabers these never come around. All parts are one saber cat. My last one sold for a lot over 14,000 and this is better . Cat of USA are so hard to find anymore. Its almost impossible . If you read some articles many scientists have combined this into primeavus but the institute says this is definitely a different very rare species as they have only had a few of these in over 40 years , and its guaranteed a new rare species oreodontis so its –just too valuable .This wont be around again .This would go for $18.000 -20,000 if not for sabers so its a great chance to get a great skull fore the money

Beautiful Gorgeous Exceptional 7.5” Dinictis Saber-tooth Cat Skull with 1 Complete Saber& Tip of othe

Species: Dinictis Felina Saber- Cat Skull

Species description: The long –legged dinictis with razor –sharp sabers was the smallest and the earliest saber-tooth cat that roamed North America beginning in the Eocene Period 45 MYA -23 MYA . They stood at least 2 ft tall with cheetah-like habits and diet, and were solitary predators hunting an abundant food supply of grazing ungulates including camels and oreodonts. Using their highly developed saber-teeth they would likely sever the blood supply in the neck of their prey in the initial attack. Most skulls were about 7.5 inches long.

Geological strata: White River Formation

 Geological period: 40-35 MYA

Item location: Shannon County, S Dakota

Item rating and description: 1-10 9.5 This skull is so beautiful , and highly original . Its an early Dincitis which you can tell due to size of 7.5 inches and also location that I know well. The sabers are about 2” long which is normal above many this era. One saber is all there but the other has ½ inch of the tip real with the rest restored. I’d estimate 80-85% original, which for an Oligocene cat amazing . The skull is mighty fine also with approx. 85% original with resto on some of saggital crest plus backs of lowers. The teeth on upper are all real including the incisors and canine incisors . Again the teeth are highly original and hardly any repair on upper except part of one saber . On bottom the smaller incisors and 1 molar & 1 premolar are restored . This cat is great. Restored minimal areas including saggital crest, few spots on top , ½ of one zygo , and one back of lower . For those who do not know that is so minimal . It was expertly prepped and rest of skull is totally original. I’ve had only had a few better than this one and expect this to sell fast. I sell 6-8 per year last 10 years. While some cats only occasionally show up, this is still quite good . Few people have these to sell as I do . You just won’t find them so those still expecting perfection will wait years and years and never get one. This cat has most everything- beautiful color, most original teeth, great sabers, excellent originality of skull and it’s open mouth mounted. What is the most amazing on this cat it was no distortions. The shape is perfect. This occurs only 1 out of 20 cats so this is great . On all sides it works to display on nice display mount also. It is really something. I looked at this so long as I could not find much resto. They just don’t come like this cat, so for you people who want a lot here it is. Most skulls were about 7.5 inches long Geological strata: White River Formation Geological period: 35-23 MYA Item location: Shannon County, S Dakota Item rating and description: 1-10 9.3 Highly Original (est 80%) Open Mouth Adult Dinictis 8” that has high quality bone with amazing dark color with one real saber on left side. The other is casted. Cats are the highest demand item in the fossil world as most everyone wants one so here it is at a great price. I’m not known as the Catman for nothing. Here is another one you can buy now. This is so attractive, and while found in same county it was a higher level or later time in Oligocene where cats grew larger. The Dinictis was the first sabercat on Earth. The size is above average on this cat. The sabers are 2.25”. For this time period sabers are average size. Any cat 75% or above on originality now is super because cats much rarer now due to fewer being found, and this time frame almost all mammal fossils that is about the best you can get anymore. This cat is so attractive. People love these darker cats as only 1 in 20 are dark due to color of soil in the area. Areas of restore and repair are the zygomatic arches, sagital crest, little on top of skull, all incisors, and 1 molar on side teeth. Rest are all real teeth. The lower jaw has the backs restored which is normal on almost all of them. One side has only a little at top. I’m the only one who gets cats from this area. The one saber is great, and other looks exactly like the real one. Cats are going now for so much because demand is high, and few are found. This open mouth mounted on an oak base (which can be stained if you wish) is appealing to me. This allows you to get a cat at a low price, as a friend offered it to me at a good price. This doesn’t occur any more. One with 2 sabers like this goes for 13,000 as you see some at site if you wish that.-It’s a hoplo. This is your opportunity for someone with not unlimited resources to get one -and the first sabercat at that. You can buy on time also- $1000 per month on layaway will do. Bone looks so good, so this is your chance. I haven’t had a nice Dinictis in a while-now I have 2 -but not for long, as I have 2 hoplos now with 2 sabers at site under sabercats. My prepper who did this one so well. This cat has everything- beautiful dark color, many original teeth, nice upper. Just feast your eyes on this. This price is a 4 year ago price. It can be shipped safely. here is your chance to get a reasonable priced cat to satisfy your dream . Values have gone up but not this one .
